摘要
针对低渗低压油藏增注过程采用的常规酸化技术中所存在的酸化工作液溶蚀率高、酸化半径小、工作液对有机垢不产生作用等问题,研制了一种适合低渗低压油藏的多功能活性酸工作液。通过对酸液体系处理剂优选、复配得到多功能活性酸体系配方(质量分数):20%SZJ+6.7%SFJ+10%盐酸+2.5%ZRJ+5.0%溶垢剂+水。该酸液在45℃下具有较好的缓速效果和溶蚀能力,对地层中的有机垢具有较好的增溶能力,同时还具有优良的缓蚀能力和防膨能力,其腐蚀速率小于2.5g/(m2·h),酸化前后工作液体系防膨率分别大于90%和85%。
Due to the problems that acidizing working fluid has high corrosion ratio,small acidification radius and no effect on organic scale by using conventional acidification technology during the injection of low permeability and low-pressure reservoir,a new multifunctional activated acidizing working fluid was developed.Through optimization and compound of the acid system treatment agent,multifunctional activated acid system formula was obtained: SZJ 20%+SFJ 6.7%+HCl 10%+ZRJ 2.5%+scale-dissolving agent 5.0%+water.The acid system has a good retarded effect,dissolution capacity,and good solubilization capability for organic scale in formation at 45 ℃,moreover,it has excellent corrosion inhibition and anti-swelling capacity.The corrosion rate is less than 2.5 mg/(m2·h) and the anti-swelling rate of the working system before and after acidification is larger than 90% and 85%,respectively.
