摘要
目的:确立蒙古族人群不同年龄、身高、性别的呼气峰流速(PEF)的正常参考值,从而正确判定蒙古族人群及患者的肺功能。方法:2008年2月至2009年12月对内蒙古地区蒙古族聚集居住地的蒙古族人群,采用美国明尼苏达IML呼吸检测产品制造商生产的IMI呼气峰值记录仪,按要求进行PEF测定,共1 200例,其中男530例,女670例,得到合格数据共1 137份,男490份,女647份。采取SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果:PEF与年龄、性别、身高、体重有很好的相关性,PEF在20~30岁之间最高,之后随年龄增加而下降,PEF均随身高和体重的增加而增加;按身高、体重、年龄的不同分组中,男性的PEF均大于女性(P<0.01)。建立不同性别的PEF与身高、体重、年龄的回归方程,PEF男=56.802-3.176×年龄+2.569×身高+2.236×体重,R=0.482;PEF女=273.658-2.011×年龄+0.542×身高+1.293×体重,R=0.394。结论:所测PEF范围适合蒙古族人群肺功能判定,为诊断支气管哮喘、长期病情监测、指导哮喘阶梯疗法及家庭监测和管理及判定标准等提供可靠的科学依据。
Objective : To establish the normal reference values of peak expiratory flow (PEF) for Mongolian people with different age, height and sex, which can be used for the determination of pulmonary function in Mongolian people. Methods: Between february 2008 and december 2009, the PEF was determined in 1200 Mongolian people (530 males and 670 females) using IMI respiratory peak recorder in Inner Mongolia. Successful determinations were conducted in 1137 people (490 males and 647 females). Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 13.0). Results: PEF was significantly correlated with age, sex, height and weight. Maximum PEF occured among people aged 20 - 30 years. PEF decreased with increasing of age, and it increased with height and weight increasing. Male PEF was significantly higher than famale's in different groups divided by height, weight and age. The regression equations were: PEF(male) = 56. 802 -3. 176 * age + 2. 569 * height + 2. 236 * weight ( R = 0.482), and PEF(female) = 273. 658 - 2.011 * age + 0.542 * height + 1. 293 * weight ( R = 0. 394). Conclusion : The reference equations could be used for evaluation of lung function in Mongolian population, which could supply scientific basis for diagnosis, disease monitoring and treatment of asthma.
