摘要
从材料准备工作、封边工艺、CA砂浆的拌制、转运、灌注工艺及高温下CA砂浆的质量控制措施6个方面具体介绍了CRTS II型水泥乳化沥青砂浆的施工工艺,并分别阐述了各环节的质量控制措施与注意事项,以期促进该技术在高速铁路工程中的推广与应用。
The construction of the CRTS typeⅡ emulsifying asphalt cement mortar was introduced from the following six aspects of material preparation, sealing side process, the mixing of the CA cement mortar, trans- portation, pouring process and the quality control measures of CA mortar at high temperature. The quality con- trol measures and precautions for each step were elaborated so as to promote the popularization and application of this technology in high speed railway projects.
