Establishment and Perfection of the Government's Regulatory System in Control of Decoration Pollution in Green Building——Based on the Analysis of Dynamic Game Theory by the Government and Enterprises

文章对政府与装修材料生产企业和工程公司,在市场经济条件下,在装饰污染控制过程中的动态博弈过程进行两者的行为分析,阐释了建筑装饰污染控制中存在的冲突问题和深层原因,并给出了企业与企业之间、企业与政府之间的博弈求解,由此而建立以绿色装修材料的认证与激励机制,并结合先进生态理念和环境污染控制技术而进行主动管理,从而完善政府对装饰污染控制的制度,保障公众利益,促进建筑装修材料业健康快速发展,以满足绿色建筑的发展趋势。

The behavior of the dynamic game process between the government and enterprises in the control of decorate pollution under the conditions of market economy are analysed. In the game process, the interpreta- tion of conflict and reasons in the deep problems of decoration pollution control both of government and deco- rate material and engineering company are given. We must establish new government＇s regulatory systems in decorate pollution control of green decoration materials and incentive mechanism. After active management combined with advanced ecological concept and new and high technology of environment, the government＇s functions to decorate pollution control system are perfected, the public interest are guaranteed, the building decoration materials industry are promoted, it will meet the development trend of green building.
