培美曲塞维持治疗非小细胞肺癌30例的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察培美曲塞维持治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果。方法将60例NSCLC患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组均接受常规化疗。第6周期化疗结束后,观察组接受培美曲塞维持治疗,评估两组的临床效果。结果观察组患者无进展生存期及生存时间明显高于对照组[分别为(7.35±1.10)vs(3.56±1.12)月,(9.03±1.13)vs(6.69±1.13)月,均P<0.01],疗效也优于对照组(Hc=4.7102,P<0.05)。两组不良药物反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论培美曲塞维持治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果明确,毒副作用少,值得应用。
