摘要
弹体破碎性试验是考核破片数质量分布情况、计算典型破片质量、评价弹药威力的一项重要试验项目,典型破片质量直接影响着破片初速、破片速度衰减系数、杀伤面积等。目前靶场破碎性试验数据处理方法主要依据GJB3197—炮弹试验方法进行,典型破片的质量为破碎率曲线插值计算结果,存在一定的误差。针对当前典型破片处理方法存在的问题,提出了一种易行的破碎性试验结果处理方法,即增加典型质量分级区间的方法。经检验证明该方法优于目前的处理方法,典型破片的质量更加接近于实际称量质量。
Breaking test is an important one for fragment mass distribution evaluation, typical fragment mass calculation, and projectile power assessment. The typical fragment mass' s result directly influences fragment velocity, velocity reduction factor and lethal area. The evaluation of breaking test' s data is based on the "GJB3197-Test Method for Projectile" , the typical fragment mass is the result of curve in- terpolation, there are some errors. In view of the problem of the typical fragment calculation, an easy breaking test calculation method was proposed to increase typical quality grading interval. The test proves that this method is superior to the current processing method; typical fragment quality is closer to actual weighing.
