摘要
通过有限元计算分析,解决了承受5层集装箱作用的双层底底部结构和其他一些关键区域的结构强度问题,并在满足结构强度的前提下减轻了船体重量。设计中充分考虑施工的便利性,消除冗余功能,使制造成本与资源大大减少,对环境的影响降到最低程度,从而实现"经济、安全、环保"的绿色设计理念。
This study solves the double bottom structure design that can hold 5 layers of containers and other structure strength related problems of some key areas by means of finite clement analysis; and achieves the reduction of hull weight on the premise of satisfying structure strength. The construction convenience is fully considered so that redundant functions are eliminated to significantly reduce the construction cost and resources; as well as to minimize the impact on the environment, thus realizing the green design concept of economical, safe and environmental-friendly.
