240kA铝电解槽低电压生产实践分析

摘要 降低槽电压是当前铝电解行业实现节能生产的主要途径。通过对某企业240kA系列电解槽电压平衡进行分析,指出槽电压下降的潜力主要在于电解质压降的降低;而降低电解质压降的主要途径是降低极距及提高分子比。经过一年的生产实践,该系列平均电压降低至3.915V,2011年每吨铝直流电耗相比2010年降低了170kW.h,节电效果明显。 Reduction of cell voltage is the main way to achieve energy-saving in the electrolytic aluminum industry currently. The analysis on voltage ' s balance of a series of 240kA aluminum electrolysis cells in a company pointed out that the potential of cell voltage reduction mainly comes from the reduction of electrolyte voltage drop, which is implemented by reducing the distance between anode and cathode and increasing molecular proportion. After one year of practice, the company' s average cell voltage is reduced to 3. 915V, and DC power consumption is reduced by 170kw.h/(t-Al) comparing with 2010, showing obvious energy saving result.
