摘要
转炉冶炼前期喷溅的控制是整个冶炼过程控制中的重要环节,减少甚至杜绝冶炼前期喷溅,不但有助于整个冶炼控制的平稳进行,而且可以改善各种技经指标和冶炼环境。广钢通过采取提枪、降压和改善炉内炉渣等相关措施,有效地控制了冶炼前期喷溅,使冶炼过程平稳,各种消耗指标明显好转,实现安全、环保生产。
As early splashing control is an important part throughout the whole process of converter steelmaking, reducing or even eliminating the early splashing can contribute not only to a smooth control of the entire melting, but also improving the technologic & economic values and the melting environment.
