摘要
基于对连铸扇形段托辊失效原因的分析,有针对性地实施轴承改型、轴承座水冷改造、润滑改造、辊面冷却形式改造、堆焊强化等措施,实现了托辊的长寿命运行,显著提高了连铸坯的表面质量。
Based on cause analysis on support roll out of function at CCM circular sector, we have relatively implemented such measures as bearing type change, bearing base water cooling modification, lubrication modification, pass cooling type modification, building up welding strengthening, etc. , and realized a longer lifespan of support roll and considerably improved the surface quality of slab.
