攀钢新2~#烧结机快速达产方法

摘要 为实现攀钢烧结技术升级改造,第2套烧结机(360m2)于2010年12月20日建成投产。针对第1套360m2烧结机投产后长时间不能达产的问题,对新2#机开展了快速达产方法研究,采取了改进设计、跟踪建设质量与安装质量、试车消缺,工艺技术优化等措施,投产后第16天全面达到并超过设计水平,实现了快速达产,其技术在国内大型烧结机烧结钒钛磁铁矿精矿达产技术中处于领先水平。投产后第2个月利用系数达到1.322 t/(m2.h),作业率96.13%,比新1#机提前5个月达产,同比增加烧结矿46万吨以上;此后连续稳产高产,第3个月利用系数达到1.378t/(m2.h),作业率97.91%。 The second set of 360m^2 sintering-machine was put into pruduction on December 20, 2010 in order to upgrade sintering technology in Pansteel. Aiming at the question which the first set of 360m^2 sintering-machine can' t achieve productivity for a long time after putting into operation, fast achieving productivity methods were researched, such as improving design, tracking construction and installation quality, eliminating defects during test run and optimizing process technology etc. As a result the sintering machine comprehensively achieved and exceeded design level on the 16th day after commissioning, which has reached domestic leading level for large vanadium titanium magnetite concentrated ore sintering-ma- chine. In the 2nd month after putting into use, the utilization coefficient achieved 1. 322 t/(m^2 .h) ,the operating rate 96.13% , 5 months earlier than No. 1 new sintering machine in respect of reaching productivity, and 460kt of output more than previous same period. In the 3rd month the utilization coefficient reached 1. 378 t/(m^2. h) , the operating rate 97.91% , then a stable and high yield production continued.
