摘要
选择合适的炉渣碱度和成分,是高炉炼铁得到合格铁水和保持炉缸良好工况的关键。安钢针对7#高炉原料条件的变化,通过在炉料中合理添加蛇纹石有效改变了炉渣中Al2O3含量高而MgO含量低的状况,得到了适宜的炉渣成分,保证了炉温、炉渣性能的稳定,为改善高炉的冶炼效果创造了有利条件。
Appropriate basieity and composition of slag is the key to get qualified hot molten iron and good working hearth condition of BF according to the change of raw materials. Through reasonable addition of serpentine to adjust the composition of BF slag, the situation of high content of Al2O3 and low content of MgO in the slag is effectively changed, and the appropriate slag composition is got, the stability of hearth thermal situation and the Slag performance is ensured so that favorable conditions for improving the effect of BF melting is created.
