术后早期炎性肠梗阻21例治疗分析
摘要
炎性肠梗阻是腹部外科术后早期常见并发症，一般发生在腹部手术后1～3周，是临床手术常见的并发症，约占术后肠梗阻20％。若对该病认识不足、处理不当，如误诊为机械性肠梗阻而予以手术治疗，则可能发生肠瘘、重度感染及短肠综合征等并发症。我科2005-08—2010—09收治的21例手术后早期炎性肠梗阻（earlypostoperativeinflammatoryileus，EPII）病例资料现报告如下。
