内镜超声定位胰岛素瘤2例报告并文献复习
摘要
近期我科收治2例胰岛素瘤患者，术前其他影像学检查均为阴性，均通过内镜超声检查定位诊断，现结合文献复习如下。
1病历摘要例 1：女，22岁。以反复晨起昏迷2a，加重2个月为主诉入院。患者平素身体健康，于2a前无明显诱因出现晨起昏迷．发作时无抽搐、二便失禁等．进餐延误、运动、劳累等均可诱发.
