髌骨软骨退变与全膝关节置换术后膝前痛关系的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 随着科技的发展，外科技术的不断成熟，人工全膝关节置换术已成为治疗严重类风湿性关节炎和膝关节骨性关节炎的一种临床常用手术。该手术的主要目的是解决患者的关节疼痛，其次才是改善关节功能Ⅲ。但还是有很多患者术后出现关节疼痛，这已经成为患者对手术效果不满意的一个重要原因。
