血同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉慢血流现象相关分析

摘要 目的探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)现象的关系。方法采用TIMI帧计数(TFC)将入选病例分为两组:CSF组及正常血流对照组,采用高效液相色谱法检测各组血浆中Hcy含量。并分析平均TFC与Hcy之间关系。结果两组基线资料相当,CSF组Hcy水平较对照组明显升高。绪论血Hcy水平与CSF现象密切相关。
