腹内压变化时氧自由基的浓度变化

摘要 目的探讨腹内压升高患者减压治疗后血内氧自由基及其相关指标的动态变化。方法42例腹内高压(IAH)的患者,其中17例行减压术,检测减压前后血浆谷胱甘肽(GSH)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)的水平。结果(1)腹高压状态下,MDA、MPO增加,GSH和GSH—Px减少;(2)氧自由基水平在再灌注氧合过程中明显升高。结论腹腔间隙综合征(ACS)患者减压治疗后短期内存在自由基水平增高和抗自由基指标下降现象。
