摘要
目的观察先天性心脏病(先心病)患儿介入封堵术前后的心功能变化情况,探讨其临床意义。方法监测73例先天性心脏病患儿的每搏输出量(SV)、短轴缩短率(FS)和射血分数(EF)在介入封堵术前、术后24h的变化。结果动脉导管未闭(PDA)和室间隔缺损(VSD)介入治疗后24hSV和术前相比较都显著下降,房间隔缺损(ASD)介入治疗后24hSV和术前相比较都显著升高。结论先心病患儿介入封堵术后24h心功能有所改善。
Objective To detect changes of cardiac function in children with congenital heart diseases at pre and post interventional therapy. Methods Changes of stroke volume (SV), fraction shortening (FS), ejection fractions (EF) were determined in 73 children with CHD and were assayed at 24 hours after interventional therapy. Results Children with PDA and VSD heart disease had a highly significant decrease in SV at 24 hours after interventional therapy; Children with ASD heart disease had a highly significant increase in SV at 24 hours after interventional therapy. Conclusions Cardiac function in children with congenital heart gradually returned to normal at 24 hours after interventional therapy.
