肾上腺腺瘤误诊1例分析
摘要
笔者在门诊遇到1例肾上腺腺瘤，病程3a未确诊，现报告如下。
1病历摘要
女，28岁，已婚育。因闭经、进行性肥胖3a于2011-06—15来我院就诊。患者3a来无明显诱因出现闭经，进行性肥胖，体重由46妇增至83kg，以面部、躯干肥胖为主，无肌无力，无痤疮，元体毛增多，无多饮、多食、多尿。
