螺旋CT引导肺穿刺活检68例分析

摘要 目的对肺内病变行穿刺活检病理学确诊的应用价值。方法CT定位后使用活检针刺入病灶,针尖据所需活检部位1.5cm或2.2cm处,连接活检枪进行激发,然后退出穿刺针,收取组织。结果螺旋CT下引导肺穿刺活检病理确诊率高,并发症少。结论螺旋CT下引导肺穿刺活检是一种微创、快速的诊断技术,对肺内肿瘤可提供准确的病理学诊断。
