外阴鳞状细胞癌误诊1例分析
摘要
对外阴鳞状细胞癌误诊1例分析如下。
1病历摘要
女，33岁，因外阴疼痛6个月，于2011-10-18就诊我院。患者自2011—04始感外阴部肿胀疼痛，性生活困难。先后就诊多家医院，诊断外阴炎，给予口服及外用消炎药物治疗，无效。
