无脊椎动物氧还蛋白过氧化物酶研究进展

Progress of research on peroxiredoxin in invertebrates

摘要 氧还蛋白过氧化物酶(Peroxiredoxin,Prx)广泛存在于酵母、真菌、寄生虫、哺乳动物和人类等多种生物体,是过氧化物酶家族重要的抗氧化蛋白之一。Prx可以抵抗生物体内产生的活性氧分子和活性氮分子,在生物体内起着重要的抗氧化作用。本文综述了Prx的分类、作用机制,以及无脊椎动物Prx的研究进展。 Peroxiredoxin (Prx) belongs to a peroxidase family of antioxidant enzymes distributed ubiquitously in aerobic or- ganisms such as yeast, fungi, parasites, mammals and humans. It plays an important role in the defense of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) produced by aerobic organisms. This article introduces the classification, mechanism of Prx and the progress of research on Prx in invertebrates.
