腹腔镜治疗消化道穿孔型白塞氏病1例报告并文献复习
摘要
白塞氏综合征（BD）是一种以细小血管炎为病理基础的慢性进行性复发性多系统损害疾病。累及消化系统概率较小，导致消化道穿孔更少见，我们收治一例患者，表现为消化道穿孔型白塞氏病，予以腹腔镜手术治疗及后续激素治疗后，病情缓解，现将病例报道如下并做文献复习。
