摘要
基于教育信息化的农村中小学校本培训理念,阐述基于教育信息化的农村中小学校本培训的目标、内容、组织管理和评价方法,以便提高校本培训效果,促进教师专业化发展.
This paper has, basing on the campus training theory of rural primary and secondary schools based on education informationization, explored the objective, content, organization and management, and evaluation method of campus training as to improve campus training and promote teachers＇ teaching development.
