教室的美化是班级文化的重要组成部分,不同的教室美化,其教育效果也会不同.教室美化要遵从学生的身心发展和教育发展的规律,要做到思想引领、潜移默化.教室美化要因人而异,适应受教育对象的身心发展,并顺应不同的教育时段.同时,教室美化要注重显性与隐性结合,做到教室美化的明文化与班级管理的潜文化相互配合,合理适度,以灵活多变的样式呈现出来,以营造和谐的教育氛围,让学生在一个雅而不俗的教室环境中得到陶冶.
