摘要
教室的美化是班级文化的重要组成部分,不同的教室美化,其教育效果也会不同.教室美化要遵从学生的身心发展和教育发展的规律,要做到思想引领、潜移默化.教室美化要因人而异,适应受教育对象的身心发展,并顺应不同的教育时段.同时,教室美化要注重显性与隐性结合,做到教室美化的明文化与班级管理的潜文化相互配合,合理适度,以灵活多变的样式呈现出来,以营造和谐的教育氛围,让学生在一个雅而不俗的教室环境中得到陶冶.
Classroom beautification is the important component of class culture, different beautification leading to different moral education effect. Classroom beautification should comply with the rules of students' body and mind development and education development, pay attention to the difference of students and their development periods. And classroom beautification should be closely connected with class management to create a harmonious education environment to promote their all--round development.
