摘要
目的 寻求保守治疗咬肌肥大的有效方法。方法 采用国产注射用A型肉毒毒素 (BTX_A)对 5例咬肌肥大患者进行了治疗。其中 4例双侧咬肌肥大每侧注射剂量为 5 0U/1ml ,1例单侧肥大注射剂量为 60U/1ml。结果 5例均治疗有效 ,其中 4例对面型改变表示满意。 5例均无并发症发生。随访时间为 3～ 9个月 ,肥大未见复发。结论 BTX_A治疗咬肌肥大是一种安全有效的保守疗法。
Objective To find out an effective conservative treatment of masseteric hypertrophy. Methods Five patients were treated by intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin type A (BTX_A). The dosage of 4 patients with bilateral masseteric hypertrophy was 50 U/1ml for each side and the dosage of the other one with left hypertrophy was 60 U/1ml.Results All 5 patients responded favourably to the treatment and 4 patients were pleased with their present facial appearance. No significant side_effects occurred. In the 3 to 9 month follow_up none of the patients showed any tendency towards relapse.Conclusion The therapy with BTX-A is considered as a safe and effective conservative treatment for masseteric hypertrophy.
