摘要
目的 观察和分析氟斑牙脱色体系对着色釉面超微结构的作用。方法 在扫描电镜下观察11颗标本牙治疗过程中着色釉面的变化 ;应用X射线能谱仪检测 5颗标本牙涂矿化膜前后釉面钙含量的变化。结果 ①完全脱色釉面 ,脱矿显著 ,但釉小柱框架结构存在 ;②釉面矿化膜 ,可使脱色后釉面钙含量平均增加 8%以上。结论 氟斑牙脱色体系对着色釉面的脱色、矿化、修饰治疗模式值得提倡和推广。
Objective To observe and analyze stained enamel microstructure affected by Dental Fluorosis Decoloration System (DFDS).Methods The changes of stained enamel of 11 samples were observed with SEM during operation. The calcium of enamel surface of 5 samples was measured by Xray spectrography before and after mineralized membrane was covered.Results ①Enamel surface was decolored completely and demineralized remarkably, however enamel rod framework still existed.②The application of enamel mineralized membrane enabled ed an average increase of some 8 % calcium of enamel surface after decoloration.Conclusion The therapy of DFDS to stained enamel, including decoloration、remineralization and cosmetization is worthy of promoting and spreading.
