摘要
目的探讨抗纤方阻断肝纤维化的作用机理.力法用CCl_4造模后灌服药物,对照观察抗纤方与秋水仙碱。大黄■虫丸组等的不同作用结果各组谷雨转氨酶均较空模组为低( P < 0. 01),,而血清蛋白较空模组副 (P < 0. 01)抗纤方大、中剂量组 HyP含量较空模组低(P < 0. 05);光镜显示:抗纤方组肝内纤维组织增生和肝细胞变性坏死程度明显减轻;电镜结果显示:抗纤方组胶原纤维生成较少结论抗纤方能促进肝细胞修复、恢复肝脏正常功能、改善微循环、促进胶原纤维降解。
Object To study the mechanism of inhibiting from hepatic fibrosis with Kangxian decoction. Method Pouring medicine after making model with CC1_4 , the effect of inhibiting from hepatic fibrosis of Kangxian decoction group. colchicine group and Danhuang Zhechong Pill group are comparatively observed. Results The activity of alanine transaminase(ALT) of model group is higher than the other groups (P < 0. 01 ), and the serum albumen is lower (P < 0. 01 ). The contents of HyP of the large, middle dose Kangxian decoction groups are lower than the model group (P < 0. 05 ). The microscope results show: the fiber increasing and hepatocytes denaturation necrosis of Kangxian decoction group are serious decreasing. The electric microscope result show: the collagen fiber production of Kangxian decoction group are lower. Conclusion The study illustrates that Kangxian decoction can promote repair of hepatocytes and recover the function of liver, improve micro - circulation, promote fibre reducing so as to inhilit from hepatic fibrosis.
