摘要
目的:对肾蕨质量标准进行初步研究。方法:对肾蕨进行化学成分预试验和薄层色谱鉴别研究,并按2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》附录方法对肾蕨的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物进行测定。结果:明确了肾蕨化学成分类型和建立薄层色谱鉴别方法,并确定了肾蕨药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物的限量。结论:所建立的方法可为肾蕨药材质量标准的制定提供实验基础。
Objective： To study quality standards for Nephrolepis cordifolia （L.） Presl. Methods： Determination of moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, and extractives in Nephrolepis cordifolia （L.） Presl. was studied based on appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, published in 2010, besides, preliminary tests and TLC identification were performed. Results： Limit of moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, and extractives in Nephrolepis cordifolia（L.） Presl. was determined, as well as chemical constituents. What＇s more, TLC identification for it was established. Conclusion： Methods established provide Nephrolepis cordifolia （L.） Presl. with experimental evidence for setting of quality standards.
