摘要
应用网格划分软件Hyperworks和有限元分析软件ANSYS对三种不同焊孔形状的环焊结构试样进行强度和模态分析。通过强度分析结果,圆形孔试样的应力值最小;分别提取三种试样的前六阶固有频率和振型,通过模态分析得出圆形孔试样垂向振动固有频率略高,跑道形和正方形孔试样扭转振动固有频率略高。综合分析得出试样的最佳焊孔形状为圆形。
Three ring-weld structures of different hole shapes were analysed in strength and mode through the application ofhyperworks and ansys. According to the results of the strength analysis, it can be drawn that circular hole specimen has the minimum stress value; the first six natural frequency and mode shapes of three specimens were extracted respectively, and it can be seen that the vertical vibration natural frequency of circular hole sample is slightly higher, torsional vibration natural frequency of the other two are slightly higher. It can be obtained comprehensively that the best hole shape of specimens is circular shape.
