摘要 为了提高油气井的产量及保护油气层,需要对射孔弹的设计理论及射孔机理进行大量的研究与分析,从而设计出一系列针对不同岩层,能够达到不同射孔要求的射孔弹。根据已有的射孔弹壳体要求,设计了一种由两层药型罩组合而成的新型双层复合罩。这种新型药型罩是由一个主装药和两个药型罩组成,应用Truegrid建立有限元模型,对不同药型罩模型进行数值分析,比较两种不同模型金属射流参数,为新型石油射孔弹的设计提供有力依据。 In order to improve the yield and protect the oil and gas well, the design theory of perforating charge and perforation mechanisms should be analyzed and studied in detail, and then design a series of perforating charges for different stratums and be suitable for different perforation demands. A novel double composite liner composed of two layers of liners is designed based on the requirements of the deep petroleum well perforating pill. A main charge and two liners consist of the liner, and TG is used for building the finite element model. Then numerical simulations of different liner models were carried out, and the parameters of the metal jet were analyzed to support the designing of the deep petroleum well perforating pill.
