摘要 针对集控水电站群的安全运行特点,基于系统工程和人因工程理论分析了影响倒班运行质量的关键因素,构建了集控水电站群倒班运行质量指标评价体系,在此基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各评价指标权重,并结合模糊综合评价法对集控水电站群的倒班运行质量进行评价,以便对集控水电站群倒班运行质量有针对性的进行改善。最后,通过案例分析验证了该评价体系的正确性和可操作性。 According to the safe operation characteristics of centralized hydropower stations, this paper applied Systems Engineering (SE) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) theories to analyze the main factors which impact the shift operation quality, and build the index evaluation system of the shift operation quality about centralized hydropower stations. Then used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight, and evaluate the shift operation quality of centralized hydropower stations using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method. The Centralized hydropower stations can improve its Shift operation quality based on the Evaluation result. Finally, an application of method was given which validates its effectiveness and operability.
