区域自主创新能力评价与对策研究——以山西省为例

The Research on Regional Independent Innovation Capability

区域自主创新能力是提升区域竞争能力的关键所在,区域自主创新能力水平的高低直接影响该地区经济发展的前景和效益。山西省的区域自主创新能力一直处于相对较低的水平。虽然近些年来,山西省的区域自主创新能力有了长足发展,但通过对其现阶段的区域自主创新能力的综合分析发现,在涉及创新能力提高方面仍存在着许多制约性因素。因此,山西省尤其应在知识创造能力、企业技术创新能力等方面加大经费投入、进一步夯实省内区域间协调互补、产学研结合等工作。

The regional independent innovation capability is the key to promote regional competitiveness, which directly influences the prospects and benefits of that region. The independent creative capability in Shanxi province is always in a low level. Although the independent creative capability of Shanxi province has made great progress in recent years, through the comprehensive analysis of the independent creative capability in Shanxi province, we can find that there are still lots of constraints. Therefore, Shanxi province should especially increase the funds investment in aspects, such as knowledge creation ability, enterprise technology innovation ability, further solidify the province regional coordination complementary, combining production, learning and research, etc.
