The Research on Information Requirements and Countermeasures of Information Services for the Rural Residents in Hebei Province

对河北省485名农村居民信息需求调查问卷的分析,其需求的主要特点是多样化、时尚化,网络成为农民获取信息的新途径。河北省农村居民信息需求的影响因素有外部因素和内部因素等。河北省要想满足农村居民的信息需求,信息服务者应建立"以用户为中心"的服务理念,努力提高农民信息素质,建立完善的农村信息服务体系等。

Based on the questionnaires that are carried out among 97 rural residents in Hebei province, the results of the research show the characteristics of the information needs of contemporary rural residents are diverse and modern, and network has become a new way to get information. Affecting factors of rnral residents in Hebei province are internal factors and external factors. Hebei province wants to meet the information needs of rural residents, the information service should built the service concept of taking the user as the center, and strive to improve the farmer information quality, establish the perfect rural information service system.
