企业员工核心自我评价与工作压力的相关性研究

摘要 影响工作压力的因素众多,其中包括工作本身的因素,也与个体的人格特质因素有关。本文旨在对企业员工核心自我评价、工作压力情况的探讨,揭示核心自我评价与工作压力的相关性,从而为以后的企业员工的工作压力的干预措施提供一定的指导意见。
