在高校毕业生就业形势严峻的大背景下,农业高校毕业生就业形势不容乐观。政府对农业高校毕业生到基层就业的扶持政策落实不到位,社会对农业高校学生认识片面,农业高校农科类专业设置与市场脱节且缺乏完善的就业创业指导体系以及农业高校毕业生自身就业观念狭隘、能力低都是影响农业高校毕业生就业的系列问题。通过落实扶持政策、转变对农业高校毕业生的片面认识、农业高校农科类专业设置依据市场需求,完善就业创业指导体系、农业高校毕业生转变就业观念,提升自身就业能力等途径可有效缓解农业高校毕业生就业问题。

In the background of the grim employment situation of universities graduates, the employment situation of agricultural universities graduates is not optimistic. Govemment policy, one-sided concept of social, unreasonable specialty in agricultural universities, the lack of complete employment and entrepreneurship guidance system and the low employability of the graduates are all of the reasons which lead to the problem. So the government should put the policy into effect. Social should change one-side understanding of the agricultural universities graduates. Specialized field in agricultural universities will be set based on the market demand. On the other hand, not only agricultural universities should improve employment and entrepreneurship guidance system, but also the graduates should improve their employability.
