我国高校危机管理的内涵、问题及对策

On Crisis Management of Chinese High Institution:Connotation,Problems and Countermeasures

随着我国社会的不断进步,改革的深入,高校的内外部环境发生了巨大变化,高校内一系列危机事件频频发生。数10年来,我国高校危机管理取得了长足的进步。但是,纵观我国高校危机管理的现状,仍然是危机四伏:学生主体压力剧增,应对危机能力较弱;学校管理阶层危机意识仍然不强、体制机制不健全、管理方式落后;政府部门至今还未出台相关校园危机管理方面的法律,监管力度不够。因此,学生、学校、政府都应该本着"以人为本"的思想,树立危机意识,加强体制机制建设,转变管理方式,完善相应法律法规、加强监管,以促进我国高校管理的进一步发展。

With the development of the society and the promotion of China＇s reform, the environment inside and outside of high institution in China has changed a lot and a series of crisis events happened in campus. Although China＇s Crisis management had made great progress during the past decade, yet the current situation of it is threatened by growing crisis： the students in college school have to face the higher pressure from the society and they are inability to deal with the crisis. The Crisis consciousness of management layer is not strong, the management system and mechanism are defective, and the mode is far behind. The government has not formulated corresponding law and it has not accomplished its supervised mission. So, the students, the schools and the government all should take crisis management seriously. Only do the subjects strengthen the building of management system and mechanism, change the manner of management ,perfect relevant laws and perform the responsibility of supervising, the crisis management in China＇s high institution can be made further and Breater.
