老年人血脂分布及其与疾病的关系

The distribution of the blood lipids in the senile and its relationship with incidence of certain diseases

目的 :探讨老年高脂血症中血脂分布及其与某些疾病的相关性。方法 :观察 736例老年高脂血症患者的血脂成分在不同年龄、性别组的分布 ,估价血脂异常相伴疾病的发生率及其与血脂各成分的关系。结果 :6 0～ 70岁年龄段的老年人其胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、载脂蛋白 B(apo B)的异常发生率显著高于 70岁以上的老年人。与高脂血症相伴随的常见疾病 ,依次为原发性高血压、冠心病、脑梗死、糖尿病 ,在这些疾病中血脂成分明显异常依次为 TG、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL )、TC及 apo B。结论 :TG、L DL、TC及 apo

Objective:To explore the distribution of blood lipids and its relationship with certain diseases.Method:736 cases of senile hyperlipidemia were observed for blood lipid components in different age and sex groups.Result:In the 60~70 year group abnormal incidence of cholesterol、triglyceride、Apoprotein B (apo B) were evidently higher than in senile people over 70.Diseases usually accompanying hyperlipidemia were in its order:hypertension、coronary heart disease、cerebral thrombosis and diabetes mellitus.Abnormal blood lipid components,such as TG、LDL、TC、apo B usually showed in patients with these diseases.Conclusion:TG、LDL、TC and apo B are closely related to cardio-cerebral vescular diseases and diabetes mellitus.
