摘要
目的建立丁酸氢化可的松乳膏的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用Waters Sunfire C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm),以水-乙腈-冰醋酸(50∶50∶0.5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为240nm。结果丁酸氢化可的松在5.3727μg·mL-1~80.5901μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性,r=1.0000(n=7)。平均回收率为100.66%(n=9,RSD=0.6%)。结论本法简便,准确性、稳定性和重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the determination of hydrocortisone butyrate in hydrocortisone butyrate cream.METHODS The determination was performed on a Waters Sunfire C18 column(150×4.6mm)with the mobile phase consisting of water-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid(50∶50∶0.5,v/v),the determination was made by a U.V.detector at 240nm wavelength and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The standard curve of hydrocortisone butyrate was rectilinear within the range of 5.3727~80.5901μg·mL-1,relativity coefficient was 1.0000;The average recovery was 100.66%with RSD of 0.6%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of hydrocortisone butyrate.
