摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定复方甘草口服溶液中苯甲酸钠含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以0.02mol·L-1乙酸胺溶液-甲醇(95∶5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为230nm。结果在上述色谱条件下,苯甲酸钠在14.56~82.72μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为0.73%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简单,准确,重现性好,为控制复方甘草口服溶液中防腐剂苯甲酸钠的质量提供了重要依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the detection of Sodium Benzoate in Compound Glycyrrhiza Oral Solution.METHODS The chromatography column chosen as Hypersil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),the mobile phase consists of 0.02mol·L-1ammonium acetate and methanol with ratio 95∶5,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.RESULTS A good linearity was obtained in the range of 14.56μg to 82.72μg of Sodium Benzoate.The average recovery ratio of Sodium Benzoate content when added to reference Sodium Benzoate was 98.7% with RSD=0.73%.CONCLUSION This method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for determination of Sodium Benzoate in Compound Glycyrrhiza Oral Solution.
