摘要
目的建立一种可测定补中益气颗粒中橙皮苷的RP-HPLC方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-5%冰醋酸(33∶67);检测波长为284nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1;柱温为40℃;峰面积外标法定量;结果本法橙皮在1.804×10-2μg^3.608μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99989),平均回收率为98.7%,RSD 1.40%;结论本方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining the content of hesperidin in Buzhongyiqi Granules.METHODS A Shim-pack C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase was methanol-5% glacial acetic acid（33∶67）.The detection wavelength was 284nm.RESULTS The linear range of hesperidin was 1.804×10-2μg^3.608μg（r=0.999 89）.The average recovery（n=6） was 98.7%.RSD was 1.40%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparetion.
