摘要
目的探讨脑活素与神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)疗效比较及其对TNFα-和IL-6的影响。方法将我院收治的68例HIE患儿随即分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用常规治疗加用脑活素,观察组采用常规治疗加用神经节苷脂(GMI)。观察比较两组患儿的疗效、治疗后行为神经评分(NBNA)与TNFα-、IL-6浓度变化。结果观察组患儿的总有效率为94.12%显著高于对照组的70.59%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿的NBNA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);TNFα-与IL-6浓度则均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论脑活素与GMI均能有效降低HIE患儿的血清TNFα-、IL-6浓度并提高NBNA评分,临床疗效均较佳,但GMI的效果要优于脑活素,更适合临床用于治疗HIE患儿。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of cerebrolysin and ganglioside for treating with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and its impact on TNF-α and IL-6.METHODS 68 neonates with HIE admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and cases of each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and cerebrolysin while the observation group was treated with conventional therapy and ganglioside(GMI).The clinical efficacy,behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) scores and the changes of TNF-α、IL-6 were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%significantly higher than 70.59%of the control group(P〈0.05);after the treatment,the NBNA scores in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05),and the concentrations of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly lower than before(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Cerebrolysin and GMI can effectively reduce the concentrations of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and increase NBNA scores for the neonates with HIE,and the clinical efficacy is good,but the effective rates of GMI is better than the cerebrolysin,it is more suitable for clinical.
