摘要
以棕榈酸和甲醇为原料,浓H2SO4为催化剂,采用2步酯化法制备棕榈酸甲酯.第1步反应的最佳条件为:温度为(65±2)℃,催化剂用量为棕榈酸质量的0.5%,甲醇用量为棕榈酸质量的80%,反应时间60 min,酯化率90.06%;第2步反应的最佳条件为:反应温度为(100±5)℃,甲醇流速为1.0 mL/min,反应时间为60 min,棕榈酸甲酯的酯化率为99.26%.
This research uses palmitic acid and methanol as raw materials and concentrated H2 SO4 as the catalyst to produce palmitic acid methyl ester with a two - step esterification method. The best conditions of the first step are as follows : the temperature is (65±2) ℃, the catalyst dosage is 0.5 % ( based on the mass of palmitic acid), the amount of methanol is 80% (based on the mass of palmitic acid) , the reaction time is 60min, the esterification ra- tio is 90.06%. The best conditions of the second step are as follows: the temperature is( 100±5) ℃, the metha- nol flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, the reaction time is 60 min. The final esterification ratio of palmitic acid methyl ester is 99.26%.
