摘要
建立了气相色谱法检测食用酒精中甲醇和杂醇油含量的方法.方法的相对标准偏差为0.97%~3.81%,回收率为91.09%~101.60%,最低检出限为0.21~0.85μg/mL.该方法稳定,步骤简单,准确度和灵敏度高,适用于食用酒精中甲醇和杂醇油的检测.
This research provides a method for the detection of the content of methanol and fusel oil in edible alco- hol with gas chromatography. Its relative standard deviation (RSD) is from 0.97% to 3.81% , its recovery ratio is from 91.09% to 101.60% , and its minimum determination limit is between 0.21 μg/mL and 0.85 μg/mL. The method is stable, simple, very accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for the determination of methnol and fusel oil in edible alcohol.
