摘要
2010年10月颁布的社会保险法将外籍员工纳入了社会保险体系。目前在中国工作的外籍人员将近60万,将他们逐步纳入社会保险体系是不断完善我国社会保障制度的重要举措。但目前在将外籍员工纳入社会保险体系时存在许多问题,如外籍退休人员养老金计发标准如何确定,如何根据工作行业、工作年限、工作性质等指标对外籍员工进行划分以制定各项养老保险政策等。这就需要不断完善外籍员工的社会保险制度,解决外籍员工的后顾之忧,保障其应有的社会权利。
Pension Insurance Law issued in Year 2010 October included expatriate personnel in the social insurance system. Recently, there are roughly 600 thousand expatriate personnel in China and covering them into so- cial insurance system is an important measure for perfecting social insurance system of China. But currently the study of social insurance of expatriate personnel is still a blank. This paper first analyzes the distribution of expatri- ate personnel, gives an overview of the new insurance le sonnel in Chinese social insurance system, and lists the gislation, discusses the effects of including expatriate per- existing problems and correctional suggestions.
