韩国推动高职产学合作的经验与启示

The Experience and Inspiration of Industry-University Cooperation of Vocational Education in South Korea

韩国之所以能成就举世瞩目的"汉江奇迹",成为经济发达、工业化程度较高的"亚洲四小龙"之一,与韩国政府大力发展职业教育、努力促进产学合作密不可分。借鉴韩国政府推动产学合作的成功经验,完善政策法规,加大经费投入,加强"双师"队伍及实训基地建设等,是促进我国高职教育改革发展的有效对策。

The reason why South Korea can achieve the world famous ＂Han River Miracle＂ and becomes a developed and highly industrialized country, known as ＂One of the Four Dragons in Asia＂, is that the South Korean government strives to develop vocational education and promote industry-university cooperation. Through the analysis of the South Korean government＇s successful experience of promoting industry-universi- ty cooperation, the author proposes the idea that perfecting the policies and regulations, increasing financial input and strengthening the construction of teacher teams with dual ability and training base are effective measures to promote our higher vocational education reform and development.
