摘要
设计了一种电平移位CMOS轨对轨(Rail-to-Rail)运算放大器,并采用旺宏电子股份有限公司的0.5μm N阱CMOS工艺进行了版图设计。Hspice仿真显示:运放的电源电压为±1.5 V,输出可以达到全摆幅,输入失调电压仅为35μV,差模增益达85 dB以上,其中82 dB的带宽为8 K。
In this paper, the authors design a low-voltage rail-to-rail operational amplifier with the MXIC 0.5μm DPDM Mixed signal technology and they also use 0.5μm N-well CMOS process manufactured by Macronix International Co., Ltd. to do the layout. The Hspice simulation shows that the operational amplifier can operated with power supply voltages as low as +1.5V while providing a full swing output voltage and in- putting off set voltage of 35μV. The result also shows a DC gain is 85dB and the frequency of 82dB is 8K.
