中成药中大肠菌群测定的初步研究

目的 :探讨中成药中大肠菌群测定的准确性。方法 :用《食品卫生检验方法》(GB)及在此基础上的改良方法相比较。结果 :改良方法的检出率比《食品卫生检验方法》(GB)高。结论 :《食品卫生检验方法》(GB)用于中成药检定大肠菌群时 ,对中成药的丸、片、胶囊剂存在不足 ,测定结果未能准确快速地反应药品卫生质量 ,甚至会出现漏检 ,应采用改良方法以弥补此种漏检情况。
