卡通片对心脑血管病血液流变学影响的临床研究

Clinical Investigation on Effect of katong Tablets on Blood Rheology of Patients Suffering from Cardio cerebral Angiopathy

目的 :观察卡通片对缺血性心脑血管疾病患者血液流变学的影响。方法 :84例心脑血管疾病患者分为治疗组 6 6例 (男性 5 1例 ,女性 15例 ,年龄 5 5 .2± 11.6岁 ) ,服用卡通片治疗 ,2～ 4片 /次 ,tid× 30d。对照组 18例 (男性 15例 ,女性3例 ,年龄 6 1.4± 6 .6岁 ) ,服用卡兰片治疗 ,5mg/次 ,bid× 30d。 结果 :治疗组总有效率 93.94% ,对照组 94.44 % ,两组疗效经Ridit分析 ,无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组和对照组血液流变学指标均有显著性改变 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,组间比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :卡通片对缺血性心脑血管疾病疗效与卡兰片相似。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Katong Tablets on the blood rheology of patients suffering from ischemic cardio cerebral argiopathy. Methods: 84 patients suffering from cardio cerebral angiopathy were divided into the therapy group (66 cases) and the control group (18 cases). The therapy group (of the 66 patients 51 were males and 15 were females aged 55.2±11.6 years) was treated with Katong Tablets in a dose of 2-4 tablets tid for 30 days. The control group (of the 18 patients 15 were males and 3 were females aged 61.4± 6.6 years) was treated with Kalan Tablets in a dose of 5 mg bid for 30 days. Results: The total effective rates were 93.94% for the therapy group and 94.44% for the control group. There was no significant difference in curative effect between two groups by Ridit analysis (P>0.05). The blood rheology indexes of two groups showed significant changes. (P<0.05 or P<0.01). No significant difference existed between two groups (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion: Tatong Tablets is similer to Kalan Tablets in the curative effect on ischemic cardio cerebral angiopathy.
