摘要
目的 :观察四逆汤制剂———保心胶囊抗心肌缺血的药理效应。方法 :运用垂体后叶素造大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,运用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加冰水冷浴造大鼠瘀血模型 ,观察保心胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血模型心电图T波和瘀血模型血液流变性等指标的影响。结果 :保心胶囊低、高 2个剂量组与模型组相比 ,可显著改善缺血心电图T波和低切变率的全血粘度 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :保心胶囊可有效降低血液粘度 ,改善冠脉循环 ,保护缺血心肌。
Objective:To investigate the pharmacological actions of Baoxin Capsules(Shini Decoction preparation) against myocardial ischemia. Methods:The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established with pituitrin, and the rat model of blood stasis was established with high dose adrenaline subcutaneous injection and being socked in ice water. The effect of Baoxin capsules on the electrocardiogram T wave of acute myocardial ischemia and the hemorheology of rat blood stasis model were investigated. Results:As compared with the model groups both low and high dose groups of Baoxin Capsules could obviously improve the ischemic electrocardiogram T wave and the whole blood viscosity with low shearing(P<0.05). Conclusion:Baoxin Capsules can effectively decrease blood viscosity, improve circulate of coronary artery, and protect ischemic myocardium.
